Every day, I hear stories from executives, nurses, patients, and families — and one thing has become impossible to ignore.

How vulnerable people are during medical transport.

I’ve seen seniors with broken femurs, recent heart attacks, and serious mobility challenges transported to large medical facilities and left alone to navigate unfamiliar environments by themselves.

If it’s overwhelming for me — a 6’1”, 260-pound man — I can only imagine how frightening it must feel for a 90-year-old in pain, unsure of where they are or what comes next.
